Job Description:  

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the execution of turnkey retail projects, including furniture and shop installations. This role involves coordinating all aspects of project delivery, from planning to on-site execution, ensuring that installations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling retail shop installations and managing full-scale turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Turnkey Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of retail shop installations, including furniture and fixture installations as part of turnkey projects.
2) Project Tracking: Maintain and update the project tracker to ensure all stages of the installation and setup process are on schedule.
3) Client Interaction: Follow up on the submission of sample boards and confirmations from clients, ensuring all specifications are met.
4) Quotation Preparation: Prepare and revise quotations based on project drawings, collaborating with design and production teams. Guidance and training will be provided for estimation.
5) Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys and gather all necessary project dimensions, ensuring accurate installation planning.
6) Electrical and Fixture Load Calculations: Calculate project electrical load and fixture requirements to ensure compliance with design specifications.
7) Visual Specifications: Prepare and share visual size details with clients, ensuring alignment with their vision.
8) Vendor Management: Coordinate with clients for Visual Merchandising (VM) units and related components.
9) Production Coordination: Provide weekly status updates on project production, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
10) Installation Scheduling: Develop an installation calendar, align the installation team, and manage on-site work to ensure timely completion.
11) Expense and Travel Coordination: Submit expense requests for installations and manage travel and accommodation bookings for the installation team.
12) On-site Supervision: Supervise and monitor the progress of retail shop installations, ensuring timely completion and addressing any on-site challenges.
13) Progress Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports during installation and share updates with clients.
14) Snag List and Final Reporting: Prepare and follow up on snag completion, submitting final installation reports to clients.
15) Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense sheets related to the installation of projects.
16) Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience in turnkey project management and retail shop installation.
2) Strong background in retail furniture installation execution.
3) Minimum 5+ years of project coordination experience.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for project tracking and reporting.
5) Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
